Three layers of client questions. Three directions for action.
| Client challenge | Yamaguchi's diagnosis | Business value |
|---|---|---|
| The brand was recommended, but a few models and hot/cold functions dominated while other product directions were underexplained. | Read answer text to check how product lines, functions and use cases were described. | Identify product facts needed to explain distinct reasons for choosing each product. |
| The brand appeared on a list but not in rental or home RO purchase questions. | Compare brand-list and use-case answers to identify the gap. | Prioritize verification and content only where the real products fit those use cases. |
| Comments about one model's size, filter costs or support were generalized to the whole brand. | Map claims to specific models, versions and service terms. | Give product and support teams concrete facts to verify and reduce the effect of incomplete information. |
Which model fits my needs, can it be installed at home, what will it cost to maintain, and what support will I receive?
Yamaguchi’s diagnosis turned these buying questions into information the brand could add and maintain.
A gap remains between brand lists and specific product choices.

The 4/4 and 0/4 figures are per-question platform recommendation or mention records, not an overall answer mention rate. Absence does not mean the product is unsuitable; actual products, models and installation conditions must be checked first.
How Yamaguchi shaped the next steps.
First map size, filter costs and service comments to specific models, versions and conditions. Keep accurate limitations, update outdated information and explain model differences where one model has been generalized to the whole brand.
Give product, support and marketing teams a shared basis for work.
The diagnosis helped the client identify product information to add, comments to verify and shopping situations worth building content for. Comparing brand lists, use-case answers and answer text exposed incomplete product-line descriptions, absent scenarios and generalized model claims. The team then proposed model comparisons, usage conditions and after-sales FAQs as a shared basis for product, support and marketing work. After brand perception was improved, the brand mention rate increased by 25 percentage points.
